At The North Cotswold Ice Cream Company we make classic ice creams with indulgent, local ingredients along with a few more unique flavours that we have loved whilst on our travels or that make the most of fabulous seasonal fruits.

Made in small batches by chefs in our ice cream kitchen on the northern fringes of the beautiful and bountiful Cotswolds, every tub of our delicious ice cream is smooth, creamy and packed with bold flavours.

We produce North Cotswold Ice Cream for both wholesale and retail.

Our wholesale ice cream is supplied in traditional 4.7L Napoli tubs ideal for cafes, restaurants and farm shops where ice cream is sold by the scoop.

Our retail range of ice creams are supplied in strikingly colourful 500ml tubs.

We also develop and produce bespoke ice cream made exclusively for your brand, using your produce or flavour ideas, or our own creative input, whatever fits your brief.

Quince and Clover is renowned for specialising in high-end catering and delivering fabulous seasonal food at their charming Cotswold cafes. The ice cream we produce combines thoughtful seasonal flavours with our favourite things to eat, making the best of seasonal and local produce.

Indulgent local ingredients

Local Cotswold cream and whole milk from North Cotswold Dairy is about as fresh and honest as dairy gets. Produced just down the road in the same village of Long Compton on a small, family run farm where the milk is pasteurised on-site and left un-homogenised so the cream rises naturally to the top. It’s proper old school dairy with real character. Delivered in churns and tipped straight into our ice cream machine it’s pure, simple and delicious.
